Kleinman Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of E Street Flats, Its First Student Housing Community

Kleinman a Minnesota-based multifamily property management company, announced today the addition of E Street Flats to its management portfolio. The 74-unit community, located in Arden Hills, represents Kleinman’s first student housing community under management.

E Street Flats is designed to serve students attending nearby institutions including Bethel University, Hamline University, and the University of Northwestern.
