As of January 1, Kleinman has officially surpassed 6,000 apartment homes under management, marking an exciting milestone in the company’s continued growth across Minnesota.

This achievement reflects more than portfolio expansion. It represents decades of trust built with property owners, the dedication of our on-site and corporate teams, and strong partnerships with vendors who help us deliver consistent, high-quality service across every community we manage.
