Steve Tuttle

Steve Tuttle holds the position of Director of Property Services at Kleinman. He started his position with Kleinman in the spring of 2022. Steve has been involved in the architectural and construction industry since his graduation from Dunwoody Institute in 1993. Shortly after his graduation from college, Steve served in the Air Force for four years. While stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada, he was deployed for multiple tours, one of which to Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Watch. His time serving his country quickly launched him into learning leadership development and team building, this would further serve him well as he stepped back into the architectural industry in 1998.

Over the next two decades, Steve held a few varying positions in the architectural industry with the latter half being heavily involved in remodeling and new home construction. In 2019, while working for a national home builder, Steve won the coveted Construction Manager of the Year award which is determined by key performance indicators and peer/client reviews.

As the Director of Property Services, Steve is heavily involved with other top company executives and leads three divisions at Kleinman. Made up of over 40 people, these departments include the construction division, the services division, and the grounds division. Steve also manages and helps support large capital expenditure projects for our owners. Additionally, value-add projects, amenity spaces, or special construction projects such as exterior renovation work also encompass his contributions. This is where his many years of construction experience and expertise bring deep value to the company and the team he serves.
