
Nick Molina is the Chairman of the Board and Owner of Kleinman. Heis an entrepreneur and real estate investor with a track record of founding, scaling, acquiring, and operating businesses across multiple industries. As an owner of residential and commercial real estate, he brings a practical perspective on what property owners need from a management partner.
At Kleinman, Nick focuses on long term strategy and growth. He leads organic growth initiatives and M&A efforts. He also oversees technology operations, including the responsible deployment of AI to improve systems, service, and decision making.
Nick began his entrepreneurial career at age 21, when he co-founded Let’s Talk Cellular & Wireless (LTCW). The company grew into the nation’s largest specialty retailer of wireless products, went public in 1997, and later sold to Sprint Nextel. Since then, he has founded and acquired several high growth companies across a range of industries.
Outside of Kleinman, Nick invests in established businesses, backs founders as an angel investor, and develops real estate. He has received multiple business awards, including the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company Award three times and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Cutting Edge Award. He also volunteers with Endeavor, mentoring founders as they build durable, scalable companies.
