Michael Kukuska, CPM® is a Senior Portfolio Manager with Kleinman.

Michael has been involved in various facets of real estate management since 1996. He began his career as an on-site manager of a 51-unit complex managed by Kleinman. and then worked full-time as an administrative assistant and maintenance technician. He now manages numerous properties in the Kleinman Portfolio.

Michael has been a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association from 1996-2001 and 2006-2023 and served on the Education Committee. He has also been an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) since 2006. He earned his ARM® designation in 2006 and his CPM® designation in 2010 and is a licensed real estate broker.

He earned is B.A. in Philosophy from Bethel University in 1997 and his M.A. in Theology from Bethel Seminary in 2004.
