Matthew D. Hozza, CPM® is the President of Kleinman. Matt has been involved in property management as an owner since 2007 and with Kleinman Realty Co. since 2010.

Matt started at Kleinman as a Resident Manager of a 22-unit property in Saint Paul before becoming a Portfolio Manager. He spent his early years out of college in the commercial banking industry becoming proficient at financial analysis before transitioning to property management.

Matt became a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) in 2016. Matt is also on the IREM® Minnesota Chapter Board of Directors. Matt is a licensed real estate sales person in the state of Minnesota and a graduate of the University of St Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration / Entrepreneurship.

While attending St. Thomas, Matt won the Student Entrepreneur of the Year Pentair Prize Scholarship.
