Mark Jossart

Mark A. Jossart, CPM® is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Kleinman. Mark has been involved in the property management business as a manager with Kleinman since 1987 and as an apartment property owner since 1993.

He oversees the administration, management, and services divisions for the company’s portfolio of approximately 5,700 apartments in more than 170 locations. Mark has been an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) since 1990 and earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1992.

He served as President of Minnesota Chapter 45 in 1999 and is the recipient of the 2000 CPM® of the Year Award and 2011 Spirit of IREM® Award. In addition to his involvement with IREM, Mark has been a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) since 1987 and served as the 2010 Chairman of the Board. In 2012, he received the MHA Outstanding “Ex” award for his continued involvement in MHA. Mark earned the association’s Certified Apartment Manager designation in 1989 and is a Krugerrand member of the Prospectors Club.

Mark is also a member of MHA’s Economic Task Force and the Municipal Affairs and Legislative Committees. Mark is a licensed real estate broker and a graduate of Moorhead State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
