Jennifer Molina is the Director of Business Development at Kleinman Property Management, where she leads growth strategy, client acquisition and market expansion efforts. Leveraging over 15 years of real estate leadership experience, she specializes in cultivating high-value client relationships, fueling business growth and delivering solutions that align seamlessly with each client’s unique goals.

Prior to joining Kleinman, Jennifer served as Strategic Growth Manager at Compass Real Estate, where she expanded the company’s Fort Lauderdale market, recruiting top-producing agents and generating over $100M in gross commission income in her first year. As Director of Development Operations at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, she managed sales operations for a residential portfolio totaling over $3B and oversaw the successful launch and sales strategies for iconic residential projects such as One Thousand Museum, Brickell City Centre, and Turnberry Ocean Club.

Earlier in her career, as Sales Manager at Fortune International Realty, she helped lead the sales and operations for the $800M IconBrickell mixed use development, streamlining processes, driving sales and fostering client relationships.
