Elyce Lahay is the Director of Marketing and Advertising for Kleinman. She built her career in media and advertising over more than 15 years, starting as an Account Executive at Time Warner Cable Media in Austin, Texas, in 2011. She then spent over seven years as a Senior Media Buyer/Planner at Lee Tilford Agency, developing her expertise in media strategy and client relationships.
In 2020, Elyce moved into agency roles at the New York-based agency Method1 (formerly XenoPsi) as a Media Planning Supervisor. Continuing her growth within the agency, she was promoted to Associate Director of Media before transitioning into a more client-facing role as an Account Director and Client Partner. In this role, Elyce led marketing strategy for major national spirits brands, including Larceny Bourbon, Rittenhouse Rye, and Old Fitzgerald. In 2025, Elyce became an Account Director at Red Circle Agency, focusing on gambling and casino branding, before joining Kleinman as Director of Marketing and Advertising in 2026.
In her current role, she oversees marketing and advertising strategy for Kleinman, with expertise in client relationship management, media planning, campaign strategy, and brand development.
She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio, Television, and Film.
