Ashley Tobias

Director of Operations

Ashley Tobias is the Director of Operations at Kleinman, where she leads operational strategy, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives that support the company's continued growth and success. In this role, she is focused on optimizing systems, driving organizational efficiency, and ensuring teams have the tools and processes needed to deliver exceptional service across Kleinman's portfolio.

Ashley's career at Kleinman began in 2020 as a Leasing Specialist at a 462-unit community, where she quickly advanced to Assistant Property Manager. In 2021, she transitioned into Marketing Manager before being promoted to Director of Marketing in 2025. Leading marketing for more than 170 managed properties gave Ashley a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, portfolio, and strategic objectives - experience that naturally led to her transition into operations leadership.

With a background spanning property management, marketing, and organizational leadership, Ashley brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to operational excellence. She is passionate about building efficient processes, fostering strong cross-departmental partnerships, and implementing strategies that improve both the employee and resident experience.

Ashley earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Integrated Studio Arts with an emphasis in Photography from Iowa State University.
