Ashley Tobias

Director of Marketing

Ashley Tobias is the Director of Manager for Kleinman Realty Co. Ashley was first introduced to the multi-family industry in her childhood, working alongside her dad who managed five rental properties. Ashley started her professional career in property management in 2020, as Leasing Specialist at a 462-unit property managed by Kleinman Realty Co. She then quickly proceeded into the role of Assistant Property Manager. Ashley transitioned into the role of Marketing Manager for Kleinman Realty Co. in 2021, and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2025.

As the Director of Marketing, Ashley oversees the advertisement and marketing for all 170+ properties that Kleinman Realty Co. manages. She is experienced in customer relationship management, brand awareness, real estate photography, and graphic design.

Ashley is a graduate of Iowa State University. She obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Integrated Studio Arts, with an emphasis in Photography.
