Property Manager

Kleinman is looking for a Property Manager to lead a portfolio of apartment communities in the St. Anthony neighborhood. This is more than a day-to-day operations role. What You’ll Be Doing

Leasing & Resident Experience

• Be the first point of contact for prospects and residents
• Schedule and conduct property tours that feel welcoming and informative
• Follow up on leads and guide prospects through the application process
• Coordinate smooth move-ins and move-outs
• Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and care

Property Operations

• Oversee daily operations across your assigned communities
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
• Monitor unit turns to ensure apartments are ready when they need to be
• Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections to maintain property standards

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Partner closely with maintenance teams and contractors
• Keep communication clear so work gets done efficiently
• Ensure buildings and grounds reflect the level of care we expect

Administrative & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records and stay organized within our systems
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
• Use CRM and property management tools to track activity and performance

What You Bring

• Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
• Confidence working independently while being part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Location & Schedule

• This position is based out of our Diamond 8 Terrace community in St. Anthony, MN
• Portfolio responsibility also includes Lakehill Apartments and Highcrest Haven
• Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional weekends may be required based on unit turns, leasing activity, or occupancy needs

Education & Experience

• Associate degree required
• 2+ years in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with Fair Housing is a plus

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
• Availability during month-end and turnover periods

Compensation

• Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 based on experience and qualifications
