Looking to make some extra money or pay less in rent each month?! Look no further! We are in need of Interior/Exterior Property Caretakers at a number of our properties in Uptown Minneapolis!
We are looking for reliable caretakers to maintain the interior and exterior grounds and provide a clean and safe environment for residents, guests and other visitors to the property. Some duties will include:
- Maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe down of all common areas, entryways, hallways, community rooms, laundry rooms and other assigned spaces.
- Cleaning up exterior grounds.
- Seasonal work will include snow removal, weeding, watering plants (contact for specifics).
- Flexible! Work your own schedule!
