We are looking for reliable caretakers to maintain the interior and exterior grounds and provide a clean and safe environment for residents, guests and other visitors to the property. Some duties will include:

• Maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe down of all common areas, entryways, hallways, community rooms, laundry rooms and other assigned spaces.
• Cleaning up exterior grounds.
• Seasonal work will include snow removal, weeding, watering plants (contact for specifics).
