Part Time Leasing Coordinator
Kleinman is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Coordinator to support our leasing efforts during our busiest season within our Central Lakes of Uptown portfolio. This role assists a portfolio of approximately 800 market-rate apartment homes in the Uptown Minneapolis area, working within a centralized management team of four.

This role assists a portfolio of approximately 800 market-rate apartment homes inthe Uptown Minneapolis area, working within a centralized management team of four.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and confident communicating with prospective residents. The Leasing Coordinator will focus on managing incoming leasing inquiries, coordinating apartment tours, and ensuring prospects receive timely and professional communication throughout the leasing process.
Thisis a seasonal position beginning in April through September, with flexible hours based on portfolio activity.
Schedule & Compensation
- Up to 20 hours per week, with potential to increase to 29 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Office located at 3401 Colfax Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55408
- $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to email, phone, and text inquiries from prospective residents
- Manage and track prospect communication within our CRM system
- Schedule apartment tours and coordinate availability with onsite teams
- Follow up with prospects to maintain an active leasing pipeline
- Maintain quick, professional response times to all inquiries
- Assist with additional leasing and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to engage with prospective residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing environment
- Experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or CRM systems preferred
