Leasing Agent | Como Park Apartments

Kleinman is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Agent to support our team at Como Park Apartments in St. Paul!

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, personable, and comfortable connecting with prospective residents. If you're looking for a consistent weekend position and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you!

Schedule & Pay

• Saturdays from 10AM - 4PM | approx. 6 hours/week

• Office is located at 1385 Jessamine Ave W in St. Paul

• $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to email, text, and phone leads in our CRM

• Manage prospect inquiries and activity in our CRM

• Schedule tours and follow up with prospects

• Maintain quick, professional response times

• Provide friendly, communicative support

• Assist with additional leasing/administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong verbal & written communication skills

• Ability to engage prospects and drive leasing pipelines

• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Leasing, customer service, or CRM experience preferred
