What You’ll Do

As a member of our Grounds Division, you will support the Grounds Manager and team in maintaining and improving landscaping and exterior conditions at our properties.

Responsibilities include:

• Turf restoration and weed control
• Installing and maintaining mulch, landscape rock, shrubs, flowers, and trees
• Trimming trees and shrubs; removing dead or unwanted     vegetation
• Installing, repairing, and winterizing irrigation systems
• Installing and repairing downspouts, drainage systems, and fences
• Sweeping and striping parking lots
• Assisting with snow and ice management, including     sidewalk salt distribution
• Concrete installation and minor demolition projects
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and     company vehicles
• Supporting other departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

This is a physically active, outdoor role requiring stamina and attention to detail. Ideal candidates are dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, snow)
• Experience operating landscaping equipment such as skid steer, trencher, brush cutter, plate compactor, power rake, or forklift preferred
• General knowledge of small engine maintenance preferred
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (if required for vehicle operation)
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Previous landscaping or grounds keeping experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Seasonal | Monday - Friday | Day Shift
