Kleinman is seeking an experienced creative and detail‐oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the advertising and branding efforts of our property management services and multifamily apartment communities across the Twin Cities. This role is a mix of digital marketing (SEO, paid advertising and email), content creation, platform management, and quality control ‐focused on keeping our digital presence fresh, accurate, and visually compelling.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, agency partners, property teams, and vendor partners to produce engaging marketing materials, manage online listings, and ensure our brand is consistently represented across all channels. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Website & SEO Management
- Maintain and update content across property-specific websites, develop compelling messaging for online platforms, and implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and search performance.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Business Profiles and other online listings (e.g., Apple Business, Yelp) to improve SEO, accuracy, and audience engagement.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage social media content and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring all efforts align with brand standards and industry benchmarks; build and optimize profiles, publish engaging content, and respond to audience interactions.
- Update and implement content for digital signage systems and support deployment of new digital signage.
3. Content Management & Distribution
- Upload and maintain photos, videos, floor plans, and community descriptions across platforms including ILS’s, Google, Websites, and company CRM & PMS
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to availability, pricing, fees, and promotions across all listing platforms, while monitoring content for branding, quality, and consistency.
- Support property rebranding and transitions by managing digital assets, collecting marketing content, and updating materials across websites and platforms.
4. Photography & Videography
- Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality photos and videos of apartment units, amenities, and surrounding neighborhoods; perform light virtual staging to enhance visuals.
- Coordinate on-site media shoots with vendors and maintain a centralized media library with updated content from property shoots, renovations, and rebranding efforts.
5. Print & Promotional Materials
- Design and produce marketing collateral, including:
- Resident newsletters
- Event flyers and signage
- Property-specific marketing pieces
- Conduct site visits to assess signage, curb appeal, and marketing needs.
- Create property-specific email campaigns and promotional templates.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing. Experience in a real estate environment a plus, but not required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and project organization.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments across properties and deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to operate a camera, computer, and mobile device for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry photography/video equipment when required.
- Regular travel to Twin Cities metro area properties is expected.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM)
